Shipping Policy

All orders ship directly from our Hong Kong office 6 days a week, Monday-Saturday. In rare events shipping schedules may be modified, and we reserve the right to change a shipping schedule without notice. All orders are shipping worldwide. 

All orders are normally shipped out in 3 workings days (excluding weekends & public holidays and excluding the day you make the payment). After your package is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number and you may receive your package at the following time:

Local (Hong Kong): 2 – 3 working days

International: 14 – 21 working days

For local orders:

-Free shipping by standard mail.

For international orders:

-Free shipping by e-Express.

( If e-Express is unavailable, the order will be shipped by airmail service or surface mail.)

We always do our best to handle and ship your order with care, sometime it might take a little longer during heavy traffic of delivery.

These timelines for international shipments are estimates and are not guaranteed. If your country charges import fees, it may take longer to receive your package and we are not responsible for any delays.

 ** Sometimes delivery might be late due to custom clearance procedures or local post office. Please kindly contact your local post office or relevant authority. They will have more information about your package delivery. We will also do our best to assist you.

In the event that a package is lost in transit, Art Bloss is not responsible for any items lost in transit. Also a package was not delivered because of an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply to reship your package.


All orders may be subject to customs/taxes fees to be paid by the recipient at the discretion of the country you're in. We have no control over customs/import charges and are not responsible for any charges incurred in your country upon receipt of any order from Art Bloss.
