Orders are processed within 3-5 working days. Expect a tracking email once shipped:
• Hong Kong local: 2–3 working days
• International: 11-21 working days (estimates only)
We ship internationally:
• Hong Kong: Standard mail: US$3
• International: e-Express: US$8.5 or above based on the item's size & weight
(switches to airmail/surface if needed)
• Free shipping products without tracking.
During peak times, slight delays can happen—we handle every order with care. For customs holds or local delivery questions, reach out to your post office first. We’ll support you too. We’re not liable for lost items or address errors (reshipment costs extra).
