All orders are shipped directly from our Hong Kong office, Monday through Friday. We offer worldwide shipping; however, shipping schedules may occasionally change without prior notice.
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Hong Kong: 3–4 business days
International: 10–25 business days (estimates only)
Shipping Rates
Hong Kong (Registered Mail): US$9.50
International (e-Express): Starting from US$9.50, depending on the item's size and weight. (We may switch to Airmail or Surface Mail when necessary.)
US Shipping Policy
All orders destined for the United States are first dispatched through our local carrier. We handle all export duties and customs clearance procedures before transferring the shipment to USPS for final delivery.
A USPS tracking number will be provided within 2–3 business days. Please note that tracking updates will only begin once the package has arrived in the United States.

• During peak seasons, slight delays may occur. Please rest assured that every order is handled with care.
• For issues related to customs clearance or local delivery, we recommend contacting your local post office first. We are also happy to assist whenever possible.
• We are not responsible for lost items or incorrect shipping addresses. Any reshipment will incur additional charges.
• Customs duties and taxes, if applicable, are the customer's responsibility. We have no control over these charges and cannot reimburse them.
